How to Request a Refund

  2. Our team will review your request and typically respond within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method where possible.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are generally sent back to the original payment method.
  • Refund timing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

After a Refund

  • Any license keys associated with the refunded order may be deactivated.
  • Access to downloads and product features may be revoked.
  • If the purchase included a bundle, included licenses may also be deactivated.

Non-Refundable / Limited Refund Cases

  • Requests made after 14 days from the purchase date.
  • Digital purchases after activation, download access, or substantial usage.
  • Abuse, misuse, or repeated refund requests.
  • Duplicate purchases may be eligible for resolution — please contact us.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, or violations of our terms of service.
