Users are responsible for keeping their license keys secure. Sharing or distributing license keys may result in license suspension or deactivation.
Users may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, bypass licensing mechanisms, or misuse the software in ways that violate applicable laws or platform policies.
BatchForce products are provided "as is". While we strive to maintain reliable service, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
We reserve the right to suspend, deactivate, or restrict access to licenses in cases of fraud, abuse, misuse, chargebacks, refund-related deactivation, or violations of these terms.
Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy.
BatchForce shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the software.
