BatchForce offers a range of tools designed to support the workflows of content creators and stock contributors. Our current lineup includes: - Browser extensions: BatchForce Image and BatchForce Video for use on Freepik via Chrome and Chromium-based browsers. - Desktop applications: BatchForce Metadata, a Windows program for managing and editing image metadata in batches. - Bundles: BatchForce Suite combines the Image and Video extensions at a special price. We continuously develop and add new tools over time.
Access is tied to a license key. One license is valid for one machine, and can activate either an extension or a desktop app depending on the license type you purchased.
A Yearly license is valid for a fixed period of time. A Lifetime license provides permanent access, with update rights based on each product's terms.

Download the .zip file from your Dashboard → unzip it → open Chrome → go to Extensions → enable Developer Mode → click "Load unpacked" and select the folder → then activate with your license key.
Download the Windows installer from your Dashboard → install the program → launch it and activate with your license key.

Yes. Free trials are available for our desktop apps, so you can try them under the specified trial conditions before purchasing.
Yes. An account is required to download products, manage your licenses, and access the Dashboard.
You can download your products from the Dashboard on batchforce.app after logging in.
You can update through the built-in update system within the program. Update rights depend on the type of license you purchased.
If you want to move to a new computer, please contact our Support team to reset your license activation.
We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you experience any issues, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and our team will review and assist accordingly.
